I honestly cannot think of a cover that I've found really scary. I'll have to noodle that one around in my brain today. BTW, my son and I JUST watched "Bad Seed" a couple of nights ago! Love it!
The We Have Always Lived in the Castle cover is very disturbing indeed. Great list.
The Bad Seed is so creepy! That little girl haunts my nightmares sometimes.
