I recently read Blood Feud by Lisa Alther about the Hatfields and McCoys that takes place on the border of West Virginia and Kentucky (about half and half between both states). It was very interesting and well-written. I haven't read one book from your list--which sort of surprises me.

Oh no -- you're getting close to the end! I tell all the readers I know about this fantastic series, maybe you'll have to extend to countries when you run out of states! :D

Nikki - I know, it's so close to the end! I'm so glad people are finding these lists helpful. I was thinking about doing something with countries. I'll have to think about that.
